I had a fabulous stay where the comfy bed made sleeping a breeze, and the breakfast spread was a real treat with both local and familiar options. The pool area was perfect for lounging, and I really enjoyed the cozy sun terrace to unwind. Just a heads up, the shower was a bit snug, but it didn't spoil my time at all! 🌞

Good hotel with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a snack bar. The staff helped me find a valuable item during my first stay, and I always feel welcome here. I'm excited to return next year!

At first I was disappointed that the location was not closer to the beach but ultimately I was glad that we did not stay at a hotel on the beach since it is terribly noisy there. The Mali Mare hotel is conveniently located in a relatively quiet area and yet very central also close to the historical centre of the town.
The drainage in the shower was very often blocked. Breakfast is very poor and can be much better.

The hotel is run by a lovely family who made us feel like part of the family, although breakfast was basic continental the other food served was delicious, as it was september it was quiet and it was like having our own villa with swim up bar, walking distance to the bars and clubs but not in anyway noisy. If you prefer a quieter night the old town has lovely restaurants and smaller taverns, there are beaches, waterparks and spas close by and the hotel will go out of their way to help book you a trip or a hire car. Just round the corner there is a bar which plays films, sports and soaps and there are lots of internet cafes, a 24hr bakery and the photoshop has any number of batteries and chargers if you forgot yours and opens late, Malia is not just for drinking. The hotel and the people made our holiday fantastic xxx
Just the cornflakes but that is personnel taste, lovely hotel and staff and - want ti go go back next year xx

The pool was huge, and we even found a great spot for dinner in the old town. The location was ideal for both the nightlife and the beach. Definitely try the breakfast. They really give you a solid start to your day!
One downside was the showers, a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin our overall enjoyment.

It is in the center of the town, in the main road. Beach is at a walking distance. The staff is very helpful. The pool is really nice, too. I will definitely go back.

The pool was a fantastic spot to chill. Plus, we loved the local tavernas nearby for some nice meals with our family dog.
My kids wished for a larger play area.

Best family-run hotel!

missingWrote a review on 02 Julcramped shower
The Superior Double Room came with a shower that felt slightly cramped, not ideal for taller folks. The air conditioning is an extra expense at 7€ a day. This adds up over a longer stay. Rooms lean towards a dated aesthetic, lacking modern charm despite being clean and serviced daily.
